LEXINGTON, KY – One person was injured in a crash that resulted in one car catching fire and another overturning on Russell Cave Road Friday. The collision was reported around 1 a.m. The injured victim was sent to a hospital and is expected to survive. Officials speculate that impairment was a contributing factor in this crash. Charges are pending.
