Police say that for unknown reasons, a southbound 2002 Chevrolet pickup truck entered the northbound side of the roadway and collided head-on with a northbound 2013 Kia Optima.

A passenger in the Chevy, identified as 81-year-old Rebecca Tooley, died at the scene.
