Narrative
Chase Caudill, 20, died from injuries sustained in a single vehicle crash off of US 460 on Dec. 30th. Caudill’s Ford hit an embankment off of the side of the road at 10:35p.m. and was then hospitalized. Both Kentucky State Police Post 9 personnel and the Lifeguard Ambulance Service responded to the scene. Trooper Nicholas Taylor is charge of the investigation.
