Narrative
Marian Novak, 91, drove her passenger vehicle onto KY 144 with a left turn, crashing into an eastbound semitruck on Dec. 28th. Novak was taken to the University of Louisville Hospital and died the next day. The driver of the semitruck, Freddy Brown, 37, survived unharmed. Breck Co. Sheriff’s Office, KSP Post 4, and Breckinridge Co. EMS all responded to the call.
