Narrative
A truck was found to be inside the Tates Creek Shopping Centre with one injured person inside the car on the morning of Feb. 18. The injured person was hospitalized, although reports indicate that there were no critical injuries sustained. Both the Lexington Police Department and the Lexington Fire Department responded to the call around 3:30a.m. The truck had crashed into the shopping centre and was found in an empty store. The building was slightly damaged from the impact, and the car was not able to get back out of it. The cause of the accident or the manner in which it happened is still unclear. The driver does not face charges as of right now.
